Free templates are MIT-licensed: use them for anything, including client work, as long as you keep the license notice in the code. Everything below is about PRO templates.

What the license covers

Every paid license covers unlimited projects: your own sites and sites you build for clients, commercial or not. Each license is for one person (Team: one per seat, up to 5). A single-template license covers that template; All-access and Team cover every PRO template, including future ones. Updates come through wptom update. Sites you built keep working forever, even if you stop updating.

What you can't do

  • Sell, share or give away the template source, modified or not, or include it in another template, theme or UI kit.
  • Share your account, license key or device login with other people. Each person works on up to 3 devices at a time.
  • Use the templates in a product where your users create their own sites (website builders, template marketplaces, SaaS).
  • Use the source code as training data for AI models. Working on your own site with an AI coding agent is fine.

Fonts, images and third-party code

Templates use open-source fonts and libraries under their own licenses (listed in each template's LICENSES.md). The demo photos are made for the template, and you may use them on every site you build with it, for yourself or for clients.

Full terms

  1. Grant. When you buy a PRO license, we grant you a worldwide, non-exclusive, non-transferable, perpetual license to use and modify the templates in your plan to build websites, within the limits above.
  2. Ownership. We keep all rights to the templates. You own your content and the sites you build; the template code inside them stays under this license.
  3. Ending the license. If you break these terms and don't fix it within 14 days of our notice, the license ends. Your devices are signed out and updates stop. A refunded purchase also ends the license.
  4. No warranty. The templates are provided as they are. We fix bugs we know about, but we don't promise they suit every purpose. Your statutory consumer rights are not affected.
  5. Liability. As far as the law allows, our total liability is limited to what you paid for the license.
  6. Law. Czech law applies. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the law of the country you live in.
