• PRO Membership: One-time payment of $99 for lifetime access to all PRO templates

By purchasing a PRO membership, you agree to:

• Authorize us to charge your payment method
• Understand that payments are non-refundable except as required by law

5. License and Usage Rights

Free Templates: Available to all users and may be used for personal and commercial projects.

PRO Templates: Available only to PRO members and may be used for:

• Personal projects
• Commercial projects
• Client projects

Restrictions: You may NOT:

• Resell, redistribute, or share template files with non-PRO users
• Remove copyright notices or attribution
• Create derivative templates for sale
• Use templates in a way that violates any applicable laws

6. Intellectual Property

All content, templates, designs, code, and materials provided through the Service are the intellectual property of Astro Templates Club or our licensors. You are granted a license to use purchased templates in accordance with these Terms, but you do not acquire ownership rights to the templates themselves.

7. User Content

You retain ownership of any content you create using our templates. However, by using the Service, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and promote screenshots or examples of your projects for marketing purposes.

8. Prohibited Uses

Upon termination, your access to PRO templates will be revoked, but you may retain any templates you downloaded prior to termination.

11. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service.
