Ask within 14 days of your purchase and we refund you in full, no questions asked.
How to ask
- Email tom@wptom.com from the address you bought with, or message @wptom.
- Tell us the order (it's in your receipt) and, if you like, what didn't work for you. It helps us improve.
- We refund to your original payment method through Paddle. It usually shows up within 5–10 days.
Who refunds you
Paddle.com, our reseller and Merchant of Record, refunds you on behalf of the seller. WPTom is operated by Tomáš Šrámek, Kaprova 42/14, Staré Město, 110 00 Praha 1, Czech Republic, company ID (IČO) 05627974, registered in the Czech Trade Register, not registered for VAT.
What happens to the license
The license is revoked: your devices are signed out and updates stop. Please stop using the templates in new projects.
