1. Seller

WPTom is operated by Tomáš Šrámek, Kaprova 42/14, Staré Město, 110 00 Praha 1, Czech Republic, company ID (IČO) 05627974, registered in the Czech Trade Register, not registered for VAT, contact tom@wptom.com.

2. What you buy

A license to use digital templates (source code) as described in the License, plus updates delivered through the WPTom CLI. All-access includes templates released in the future for as long as WPTom offers them.

3. Prices and payment

Template prices are one-time; websites are paid yearly (see section 10). All prices are in USD and final: we are not registered for VAT, so no tax is added. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your card details. You get an invoice by email for every payment, and you can add your company details and VAT ID to it.

4. Delivery

Access starts right after payment: your license key arrives by email and the templates unlock in your account and the CLI.

5. Refunds and withdrawal

Templates are digital content delivered right after payment. If you are a consumer in the EU, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal, which normally ends once delivery starts with your consent. We go further: our 14-day money-back guaranteeapplies even after you download, no questions asked.

6. Your account

Keep your sign-in email secure. Don't share your license or device logins. We may suspend licenses that are shared or abused, after telling you why.

7. Warranty and liability

Templates must work as described. If something doesn't, tell us and we fix it, or refund you if we can't. Beyond that, templates are provided as they are, and our total liability is limited to what you paid, as far as the law allows. Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected.

8. Governing law

Czech law applies, and courts in the Czech Republic have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the law of the country you live in and can go to your local courts. Consumers in the EU can also turn to their national consumer authority; in the Czech Republic that is the Czech Trade Inspection Authority (coi.cz).

9. Other work

Work outside these terms is a separate agreement made by email, with a fixed quote you accept before any work starts. Services are quoted and invoiced directly by Tomáš Šrámek (WPTom), outside our online checkout.

10. Websites by WPTom

We design and build an original website for your business, host it and make the changes you ask for, for $99 a year. Our designs and examples you send us are only a starting point: your site is made for you. We first build it with your content and send you a link; you pay only once you accept it. Payment covers one year from that day.

Included: the original design with your branding, putting in the content you send us, hosting with HTTPS, connecting a domain you own (or a yourname.wptom.page address), updates, backups, and your own editor (EmDash) to change texts, photos, prices and posts yourself. Changes you ask us for, including design changes, new pages and new features, are part of the service at no extra charge: we agree with you what we build and when before we start, and we usually finish small changes within two working days.

The yearly payment renews automatically on the same date. To stop, email us any time before the renewal date: the site stays online until the end of the year you paid for and is not charged again. On request, we send you your texts and photos. If we stop offering the service, we tell you at least 60 days ahead and refund the unused part of your year.

Domains: we can register a domain for you through Cloudflare Registrar, with you named as its registrant (owner). The first year is included for common endings such as .com, .net or .org; endings with a higher registry price are possible for the difference. From the second year the domain renews at cost, with no markup, together with your yearly payment. If you stop, we move the domain to you or to a registrar you choose at no charge, as soon as the registry allows (new registrations can be transferred after 60 days). A domain you already own stays yours; we only point it at your site.

You are responsible for the content you send us (texts, photos, logos) and must have the right to use it.
